  After melting snow and two days of rain, the drains started to back up in my basement. I thought to myself, 'Good luck getting someone to come out on the weekend'. But a friend recommended Rob and he came out that Saturday. I messed up and got my own drain snake caught in the drain 5 years ago, and it came back to haunt me that day. Rob was able to get the drain cleared just in time for the hard rain that night. He also was able to scope it, and found we can easily fix my mess up for a reasonable cost, at a later date. Five Stars.
