  Started out good but ended in regret! Took a $700 pair of Ferragamo loafers in for new soles. Was told that they would work on them so I would have them back before going out of town on business. Called 2 days AFTER I was told they would be done because I still had not heard from them. I was told they were just finishing them up. I showed up to pick them up and found that one of the shoes had what appeared to be a black burn mark. I was told that the person that did the work wouldn't be back until Monday so I left them there over the weekend to see what the resolution would be. I just left the shop where I was told "I don't know how it happend...I put some dye on it..." and proceeded to charge me the full $69 for damaging my shoe!! I wouldn't take anything of any value to this shop!! They did not take responsibility for the damage caused while in their possession and did not care to do anything to make it right. Is that the kind of customer service you want?
